At Padmeya, we value your trust and want to make sure you have a smooth shopping experience with us. Please take a moment to read our Return, Exchange, and Gift Card Policy before making a purchase.


Gift Card Policy

Refunds are not provided in the form of cash or bank transfers. Padmeya issues Gift Cards only for eligible returns.

Gift Cards are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and can only be redeemed on our website.

Expired Gift Cards cannot be used and their value will not be reimbursed or credited.

Orders placed using Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If an item purchased with a Gift Card is eligible for return, a new Gift Card of the same value will be issued.

The voucher can be redeemed on your next purchase, on any one product of equal or higher value


Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery and are allowed only once per order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn and unused

Have all tags and labels attached

In its original packaging, including invoice and tags

Products must be free from scratches, damages, or deformities.

Gift wrapping services and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

All our products are available in one standard size as specified in the product description.


 Mandatory Proof for Returns

To ensure transparency and smooth processing:

If you receive an incorrect product or an empty package, you must provide a full unboxing video:

Start recording before opening the sealed tamper-proof bag.

Continue recording until the package is fully opened.

Share the video with us to process your request quickly.

For sizing concerns, a photo of the customer wearing the product is mandatory.


 Return & Replacement Process

Replacements are provided only for the same product in cases of damage or incorrect item received (based on the unboxing video).

If the product is out of stock, a Gift Card of the same value will be issued.

Products failing quality checks will be returned to the customer at their own expense, and no reimbursement will be made.

Reverse pick-up will be arranged to the original delivery address (if the service is available).

If reverse pick-up is not available in your PIN code, you will need to ship the item back using a local courier service. In this case, shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.



 Processing Timelines

Once a return is initiated, it usually takes 7–10 working days for the product to reach our warehouse.

After passing quality checks, a Gift Card (or replacement confirmation) will be sent to your registered email within 24 working hours.
